Maldron Hotel Galway has 6 bright and airy event spaces on offer for your next event. Small to medium-sized meetings are our speciality and we provide clients with a dedicated service and tailored solutions. Our rooms can cater for 1 up to 100 delegates.

All our meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight and fresh air as each room has a window, each of which is fitted with blackout blinds in case of glare. Each room also has both air conditioning and heat control as well as a fresh spring water cooler, ensuring the comfort of your delegates so that they can relax and focus on the task at hand.

Listed below is the size and capacity of each room by layout type. These are our basic layouts, should you require a custom layout we are happy to oblige; just request it at the booking stage.

Maree Suite

Our largest meeting room offers natural daylight, flipcharts, pads, pencils and Clevertouch screen. This room offers ample space and can be set-up in a range of styles including theatre, classroom, boardroom and U-shape style. Depending on layout, the maximum capacity of the Maree Suite is 100 people.

Rinville Suite

Our second large meeting room with natural daylight, flipcharts, pads, pencils and Clevertouch screen. This room can be set-up in theatre, classroom, boardroom or U-shape style. Depending on layout, the maximum capacity of the Rinville Suite is 100 people.

Ardfry, Oran & Tawin Suites

Medium size meeting rooms with natural day light, flipcharts, pads, pencils and Clevertouch screen. These rooms can be set-up in theatre, classroom, boardroom and U-shape style. Depending on layout, the maximum capacity of these three suites is 40 people.

Creganna Boardroom

Our Creganna Boardroom has a fixed layout, accommodating a maximum of 6 people. Whilst the layout is fixed, the room provides the same facilities as our other suites including natural daylight, flipcharts, pads, pencils and Clevertouch screen.
