Vodafone Comedy Carnival is back in Galway this year taking place from October 24th to 30th.
Some of today’s best acts from Ireland, UK and the United States are landing in Galway for a week of laughs to remember. With big names such as Al Porter, Patton Oswalt and Reginald D Hunter, this is one festival you won’t want to miss!
The acts will be hosted in the Black Box Theatre and Town Hall Theatre as well as the Magic Mirrors Spiegeltent which will be set up in Eyre Square. This bejewelled spectacular venue is the iconic centre of the event and really lends a carnival atmosphere.
Karl Spain will also be holding the Late Night Karlnival in the Roisin Dubh where several acts will be performing after the main acts have finished.
The stellar line up is full of well established names in comedy as well as some up and coming talent. With comedians coming from all around Ireland and abroad, organisers have pulled out all the stops this year to make it the best and most memorable yet. From favourites like Tommy Tiernan, Dara O’Briain, David O’Doherty, PJ Gallagher and Al Porter to comedy groups like Foil Arms and Hog and Rubberbandits, there’s truly something for everyone at the Carnival. The tickets are on sale now but are sure to sell out fast! Visit the website for more details.
