Club Vitae Gym

All hotel guests can enjoy full access to Club Vitae’s award winning gym during their stay with us. Guests have access not only to the fully equipped gym, but to our 20m swimming pool and extensive class timetable (subject to availability). The Club Vitae team are always on hand to offer friendly advice and answer queries.

Cardio Equipment
All of our cardio equipment has individual TVs and standard headphones connections for you to watch and listen to your favourite television or radio programmes while you work out.

Resistance Machines
We have a wide range of resistance machines which will exercise all your major muscle groups.

Free Weights
The gym also has a free weight section with squat rack, dumbbells, barbells, bench press, smithkline machine, kettlebells and more. The gyms range of weights and equipment means it’s suitable for all work outs.

A full range of group exercise classes is on offer to hotel guests, including high energy classes such as Spinning and Kettlebells. If you’re looking to tone up or increase your strength then why not try our TRX, Tone & Sculpt or X-Fit classes. If it’s something less intense you’re looking for we also offer Yoga and Pilates (subject to an additional fee). TRX Training
For a total body workout try one of our TRX classes during your stay with us. TRX was developed in the USA by a Navy SEAL as a way of getting a full body workout by using just your bodyweight. TRX training develops flexibility, core stability, balance & strength all in one workout! The design of the TRX suspension training system means you can perform 100’s of different exercises. If you’ve never done TRX training before then don’t worry about not being able to do the different exercises as they can be performed at different levels. The position of your body when starting a TRX exercise determines whether you perform it at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level. This means you can join one of our classes at any time of the year and don’t have to worry about being behind the rest of the class as you will be able to perform the same exercises but just from a different starting position.

Club Vitae is the only gym around the Oranmore area to offer TRX classes and all our instructors are fully qualified so don’t be shy about asking them for more information about TRX Suspension Training.

If it’s something less intense you’re looking for we also offer Yoga and Pilates.
